The Open Heart Experience with Adam engages your visceral (human) experience prior to the habits of controlling, dissociating or reacting.

If Who You Are is the body or vehicle of your joy, service, healing and evolution, then What You Are is the source code, the underlying intelligence, for that embodied awakenedness.

Our Heart is the place where genuine experience happens. It’s where truth is our present moment. It is the source of our human intelligence, bridging earth and heaven, body and mind, known and unknown.

Our Heart is our vastness, where the entirety of our moment is happening in Love. All the old wounds and avoided blessings remain suppressed until we experience them in Love without any agenda to get something, get out of something, or have the experience continue.

In the Open Heart Experience, we don’t give in to emotional and psychological processing — we give in to ourselves with Love holding us so that processing becomes completely free to move and self-liberate.

Workshops are facilitated by Adam in a safe and courageous field of Love, which our heart instantly recognizes. In this space without agenda to heal, fix, or get us somewhere, our heart’s wisdom exposes our hidden patterns of isolation, victimization or arrogance, all at our own pace.

Through Adam’s gentle and skilled facilitation, we relinquish our need to be in control and discover we are always in charge, regardless of how much we are or are not liking our experience. This frees our endogenous heart intelligence to take over.

 Group Workshops

  • Are generally 1 day or a half day, held over Zoom
  • Require a discovery call with Adam prior to attending
  • Provide a strong, loving container for more self-honesty and show us our true commitment to Love First
  • Can be challenging to our entrenched self-images
  • Are held in a vast and very tangible field of Love without agenda
